July 28, 2016 I-601A Provisional Waiver was approved at National Benefits Center in less than 6 months.

April 18, 2016 I-601 Waiver for Unlawful Presence was approved for a client in Mexico at Nebraska Service Center in 8 months. There was no request for evidence so I-601 Waivers now have longer processing times.

October 20, 2015 An I-601A Provisional Waiver was approved in 2 1/2 months.

October 13, 2015 I-601 Waiver for Alien Smuggling for a client in Mexico was approved at Nebraska Service Center in 4 1/2 months.

January 2, 2014  I-601 with I-212 Waivers for applicant in Mexico was approved at Nebraska Service Center after 7.5 months. 

December 18, 2013  I-601A Provisional Waiver Approved that was filed on August 22, 2013.

September 27,2013  I-601 Waiver for applicant in Mexico (which usually take longer) with Expedite Request was approved at Nebraska Service Center after exactly 3 months. 

August 21, 2013  I-601A Provisional Waiver approved by Nebraska Service Center within 2 months. Client had two juvenile crimes.

July 16, 2013  Nebraska Service Center- I-601A Provisional Waiver approved that was filed on April 10, 2013. 

June 18, 2013  Nebraska Service Center   We have received an approval on the first Provisional Waiver our office filed with the Nebraska Service Center on March 21, 2013 

March 11, 2013  I-601 Waiver approved at Nebraska Service Center after 4 months

February 11, 2013  Ciudad Juarez, Mexico- Waiver approved after a 5 month wait.

December 14, 2012  Ciudad Juarez, Mexico- Waiver for 212(a)(6)(C) fraud and Unlawful Presence for applicant who had taken Voluntary Departure in removal proceedings, was approved by USCIS after a five month wait.

August 29, 2012  Los Angeles Field Office - Adjustment of Status applicant's 212(a)(6)(C) fraud waiver was approved and Permanent Residence granted four months after the I-601 was filed.

December 12, 2011  Waiver approved on "fast track" which now takes 3 months.  Waiver was adjudicated in Anaheim rather than in CDJ. Additional time required after approval to receive notification from the Consulate and then to receive the DHL packet with visa.

November 16, 2011  Anaheim, CA- Waiver originating in Ciudad Juarez was approved after client received a "Notice of Intent to Deny" and hired our firm to respond to it.

June 21, 2011  Ciudad Juarez, Mexico- Waiver approved 2 weeks after waiver appointment on June 7.  The visa interview took place on March 30, so there were 10 weeks between interviews.  Clients came to us after their case was denied and applicant had spent three years waiting in Mexico.

January 13, 2011  Los Angeles- Our office requested Parole-in-Place for client who had entered the US without inspection, and was the wife of an active duty military service member. The request for PIP was made at the Los Angeles USCIS office and approved within 2 months, and she then requested adjustment of status to Permanent Resident in Los Angeles.  Her family was able to avoid the stress, expense, and uncertainty of having to depart the US to apply for a waiver in Ciudad Juarez.  She was approved in March 2011, three months later.

November 26, 2010- Ciudad Juarez, Mexico- Waiver approved on fast-track 9 days after interview (with two intervening Consulate holidays)

November 2010- Ciudad Juarez, Mexico- Waiver approved on fast-track only 6 days after waiver interview.

September 2010- Ciudad Juarez, Mexico- Waiver approved under Pilot Program 2 weeks after being submitted and immigrant visa issued. Client was in Mexico for only 7 weeks.

August 2010- Ciudad Juarez, Mexico - Waiver approved for client who retained our services after being referred to the backlog line. Waiver was granted out of International Adjudications Support Branch in Anaheim, CA, after a waiting period of 6 months.

June 2010- Los Angeles Office - Adjustment applicant's misrepresentation waiver approved and residence granted after a seven and a half month wait.

May 2010- Ciudad Juarez, Mexico - Waiver approved under Pilot Program one week after being submitted and immigrant visa was issued -client had to be in Mexico only 5 weeks.

April 2010- Ciudad Juarez, Mexico - Waiver approved and immigrant visa being issued to client who retained our services after being referred to the backlog line. After 20 months of waiting for adjudication, waiver was granted.

February 2010- Guatamala - Waiver approved and immigrant visa issued to client.
